		Sheinagh, uses an interdisciplinary approach in her practice and teaching of the healing arts. Becoming a teacher and guide was a natural evolution of her own dedication to self-awareness through many contrasting paths. Her quest for self-awareness began with an absolute dedication to vocal sound creation in performance, as a tool for heightened states of awareness, and the use of sound as energy for the healing of others. Her understanding and ability to harness the transformational powers of energy for herself and others, drew her to embracing and mastering the Ryoho tradition of Reiki, implementing these principles to amplify the projection of energy in her performances, while on tour in Japan with Cirque du Soleil. Her continued desire to deepen the imagistic and energetic intentions demanded in performance on the stage drew her towards shamanism and clown through mask. Her practice and application of modern shamanistic techniques in performance and her subsequent degree in hypnotherapy, have given her an innate understanding of guiding others through positive visualization for empowering the self. She studied with a Chi Kung master to gain a more formal understanding of the energy centers of the body, their relationship to states of health and awareness, and the ability to strengthen these energy centers for the purpose of healing. To complement the intensity of transformation in her energy work, Sheinagh has used the more subtle powers of flower essences ,including Bach Flower Essences , Australian Bush Flowers, South African Essences ,Findhorn from Scotland and Bailey Flower Essences. As she mastered specific healing modalities, Sheinagh immersed herself into meditation practices based on the principles of the Patanjali; an ancient series of interpretive scriptures of Vedic texts and philosophy. This practice and study culminated in a deep immersion into the 'eight limbs' of Yoga. The practice and teaching of Yoga has brought her other talents and pursuits into focus and expanded her knowledge and healing abilities significantly.A naturally gifted spiritual counsellor and compassionate spiritual teacher, Sheinagh integrates the transformative power of all these talents to inspire clients and students towards greater self-awareness. Her influential teachings and healings have been widely experienced and acknowledged by her clients and students at home and internationally.

			Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. Reiki increases the body's natural ability to heal physical ailments and to release the cause of the dis-ease. There is no religion or philosophy attached to Reiki...it is pure energy. Sheinagh gained her mastery in the Usui Ryoho tradition of Reiki, studying with Reiki masters in Canada and Australia, culminating in her studies with a buddhist monk on the sacred Mount Kurama in Japan. She is both a practitioner offering Reiki sessions for individuals, as well as a fully certified Reiki Master Teacher.
